The restaurant emphasize on high qualitative meats and on the right way of roasting the meat. You are welcome to join our restaurant to taste our variety of meat to the menu, meat with every combination (you can taste water buffalo burger, tomahawk black angus, picahna black angus, porterhouse, T-bone, chicken broth shortbread and liver). You can complete your main dishes with fresh salads, traditional pies and plenty of appetizers such as grilled lamb and beef mix sausage, Rolls with white mix cheese, Specialty of Pelion, Fried Cretan style meatballs, Pan Sautéd calf’s liver. The menu also includes Slow cooked veal spare ribs for 9 hours, in glazed beef broth sauce with thyme, Cyprian slow roasted lamp and potatoes with crushed dry coriander, Charcoal grilled Cypriot Sheftalia (a pork mincemeat sausage like patties, wrapped in lambs caul fat and spiced with cinnamon) served with tahini sesame sauce, smashed potato with dry coriander and chopped tomato salad with mint etc. With our country’s tradition to variety of cheese, our menu includes cheese from different places of Greece (cheese from Crete island, feta cheese from Hpeiros, haloumi, tsalafouti etc.). Also, at Ventiri Grill House, you will have the opportunity to taste our today’s special. You can also taste a variety of qualitative wines with your meal like ESTATE KATSAROU, VIVLIA CHORA, SANTORINI SIGALA, Zafirakis, Gerovassiliou, ESTATE THEOPETRA, VYSINOKIPOS Palyvos, GKLINAVOS, TSELEPOS and NASIAKOS, KYR GIANNI, OVILOS, CHATEAU JULIA, BOUTARIS AND ESTATE AVANTIS. We are not done yet! Our dessert section includes homemade chocolate profiterol, whipped cream and caramelized almonds, Greek style custard pie (wrapped in fylo dough and baked in buffalo butter) from Northern Greece, sprinkled with icing sugar and cinnamon and Yogurt mousse tart topped with sour cherry syrup and mint leaves.
